i bought one from walmart $0.50 during onsale it's a carbon hard plastic just like the oil filter cover ,strong enought to open and close .why not !

as the speed goes faster the noise will disapear ,i can hear it more on 3rd gear low rpm 50 km any thing above 50 it will disapear ,strange is this kind of normal?
