Would've been fixed earlier if I hadn't have forgotten to reconnect the horn from the steering wheel before reconnecting the battery.

Got them off at last.

The bracket bushings look completely shot.

I don't think the #31 o-rings to supplement the worn out bushings are gonna be big enough.

Then again I found this gearbox out of a 99 and it has the same lug as mine.

EDIT: As long as Audi and VW don't use the same coding system as Porsche IE CWA12127 I should be ok
