Maybe? It's only on the bumperettes. The missing chips are recent, though. Remove and paint is something I thought about but I don't know much about it.

Looks pretty bad. While I knew the web was there, I didn't notice the paint chips missing until today. Left bumperette is nearly as bad but no paint missing.

Any ideas? :(
