Anti-seize can change the installed bolt tension greatly, the increased lubricity can lead to an over-torqued fastener, or bolt breakage. IIRC the rule of thumb is to lower the torque wrench setting...

I also cross-shopped the S2000, great engine, shifts better than the 'Box, and great engine/service access. But with better cornering feedback and storage space, the Boxster won out for me also.
