M680 Amp 6x40W - Peak or RMS ?

The M680 Sound Packedge of the Boxster/996 have the DSP Amp that claim to push 6chan of 40W.. (240W)

Are these supposed to be Peak Watt or RMS?..

I have a Setup with a CDR-220 Radio, the DSP...
