That usually means that its a 6 hour job for me...

That usually means that its a 6 hour job for me PLUS $300 for a part that I break PLUS $150 for another tool that I need to install the part that I broke. That is the life of a DIY mechanic. :cool:

This is a common issue and I have the same problem on my 996. I got a few quotes (expen$ive), so I have also been looking into it as DIY.

There is a DIY here, but its performed with the engine...
