I was thinking it could be something like that...
I was thinking it could be something like that but I couldn't think of a reason why it would only be at that RPM. Wouldn't it rattle more coming off of it at a higher RPM?

Just got my 48000km service done at my P dealer and now when I bring the car just over 3000rpm and let off the gas I feel a noticeable vibration in my lower back as it goes through...
