don't think so, in 2000 they went to a 4 cat arrangement so the j-pipes are probably different and you would need the porsche hangar kit.

Even my 87 911 and 97 911S had the exact same resonance between 2000 rpm and 3000...

I have seen pics of 10.5" and 11" on the rear of a 986.

The 10.5" barely hangs out beyond the fender, the 11" looks ridicuous. Sticks out way too much. Even if you like the look, it will sandblast...

How do you access the top muffler fasteners? Muffler seems to be suspended from them. Does it slide out or is there a bracket to remove?
