Just an update on this issue, it was the ignition...

Just an update on this issue, it was the ignition switch. Removing the HVAC vent on the driver's side made it easier to get to one of those screws.

Over the years, I've had the occasional issue where I had to jiggle the steering wheel in order to turn the key and start the car. Nothing big.
