Question What's the epected lifetime of hoses.

How long do you leave your hoses in before, preventive measures make sense to replace? I just my coolant check/flush and all hoses and conections seem adequate on my 02 with 52K. I know years ago...

I made the mistake of not wanting to spend the time and go out and get the tamper/torx. Bad idea, I rounded the inset buy using a combination of wrong tools. Lesson learned- first the screw rounded...

I do not care what Porsche says about "lifetime cooolant". Did mine today (52K) and it looked prety dirty. Now maybe looks have nothing to do with performance, but I do not want that crap in my car.
