Is the seatback on a 1997-2000ish Boxster interchangeable Passenger to Driver?

Hi all.

I have a 1998 Boxster that needs a decent grey driver side seatback.

I have a line on a passenger seatback from a '98.

Unlike the seat bottom, the seatbacks look interchangeable.
