Sounds like your clutch fork is being misaligned...

Sounds like your clutch fork is being misaligned from the other end (bellhousing end). If this is the case, you need to take the transmission out to get the clutch fork back in to it's correct place.

Very common cause for that in these cars is a slightly loose spark plug. It starts chirping (kind of like a littel bird) usually when the engine heats up a bit.

I did replace the downpipes with 200 cpi sport cats. No more rattles.
