Yes, The adjustments are straight forward and simple. Check the instructions on the Pelican Parts site under "window regulator replacement". Or if you have it, they are also in the 101 book.

I haven't actually weighed mine, but it's not very heavy I guess 25 to 35 pounds. Except for the awkward size/shape it could be easily handled by one man.

Changed the oil and filter, then got the hardtop out of storage and installed it for the rainy season. RainX'd the windows and headlights and ready for the Fall and Winter.
