Now... I'm no rocket surgeon... but wouldn't one of those two holes next to the yellow circle be obvious? I'd plug it into one of those holes... purchasing a new piece if the part is a little wonky.

Pull the respective pulley... pop off the plastic...
Pull the respective pulley... pop off the plastic retaining ring... examine the bearings... bad? Replace with new bearings... press in some grease (by hand) reinstall the plastic retaining ring......

For the transmission mounts look for hydraulic fluid on the ground directly under the respective mount, of which there are two. If it isn't leaking... another method might exist suggested by someone...
