I don't know... but next time don't disconnect the battery until AFTER you've had a chance to check for codes, resident or otherwise.

My mechanic asked me for any codes when my transmission...

Pull the respective pulley... pop off the plastic retaining ring... examine the bearings... bad? Replace with new bearings... press in some grease (by hand) reinstall the plastic retaining ring......

Does it have anything to do with the linkage hanging up on something? I'd start easy... in the rear where the linkage connects to the trans... back there...

I'd next be considering the linkage...

For the transmission mounts look for hydraulic fluid on the ground directly under the respective mount, of which there are two. If it isn't leaking... another method might exist suggested by someone...
