I was in the same position, didn't want to spend the money respraying the bumper so I tried Dr. Colorchip.

I was happy with the results but don't expect to have a 'factory finished bumper'

The problem I am having is the current seat bolts do not fit through the holes on the bar. Let me guess, I need to purchase the special seat bolts from the dealership?

I replaced mine last week and it took 20 minutes....

I replaced mine last week and it took 20 minutes. Very easy and Travis is right in terms of the rivet gun and sandpaper but you will need a drill also. The parts were approx $20.

Finally purchased my dream vehicle. I would have loved to purchase a Boxster S, but I have a limited budget. Regardless you need to start somewhere and I can't wait for all the snow...
