The projector kits don't effect the aim but there is a 3rd adjustment hole closed off with a rivet. I've heard this can be removed and adjusted to LHD by a dealer. Don't really know if this is true...

How are you getting to all the wires without removing the lens? I can see some of it could be accessed from the back but the turn signals, fog light wiring?

If he used more than one picture it might inspire a little more confidence that it isn't a scam. Scams are usually price at "too good to be true" though.
