Trust me, the guys i use to wrap my cars are "pros" and they now refuse to use 3m due to the number of bad reports and re-wraps they had to...

Don't use 3M materials, they're garbage and that's experience talking from having 3 wraps done and 2 were in 3M.

I looked into this myself and the general consensus was that if i got another cluster from a 2000 (7000rpm tach, mph in the middle) then it's a straight swap. If i wanted the later anniversary model...
