Hi.....you're thinking about 1997 model....the 1998 offered 18" wheels from the factory but with a different tire size than I am looking to put on....the stock 18's on a 1998 were 225/40 and 265/35 .

987-362-136-00 (18x8) 57 offset with 235/40/18...

I think it is refrigerant oil actually...by the smell, look and feel I am quite sure it is refrigerant.....is there some other fluid that would be able to exit from that drain?

Help, refrigerant leaking through ac condensation drain.

The drain that is under the passenger footwell is leaking refrigerant....where is the refrigerant coming from and what could be causing this???

Scan tools not communicating due to voltage on PIN 3

Tried several scan tools including Duramentric enthusiast without success..."communication error"....tech support at Durametric had me check voltage on pin 3 and yes I have 11V with key on. Similar...
