1999 Boxster, front parking lights, front side lights and the taillights don't work. The rear side markers work. Fuses are good, any ideas?

I'm tall and was able to do it all from the top. I reached the 2 bolts by leaning over the drivers side with a 10mm deep 1/4" drive socket. After I unhooked the 2 side hoses I just ripped it out...

I picked up a sweet 1999 black Boxster for my wife and the front grill vents are faded gray, should I paint them flat black, semi gloss or what?
