I'd only replace the tyres, brake fluid and oil. Drive it steady at first and allow things to get used to moving again and you should be fine.

White dials were an option on the 2.5 when new (as were a lot of other options available
as standard on the S) so not necessarily a good indication.

I get this sometimes and it's really annoying. Its definitely the back plate behind the disc.
Bizarrely enough, if I reverse for a metre or so it clears and doesn't come back for several weeks.
