Passenger Door Sill Collecting Water

Boxster was out in rain last night. Upon opening passenger door I see the sill indent is pooled with water.

I'm assuming this is coming from window door. Has anyone else seen this happen?

Replaced water pump and thermostat 3 years ago. Last year I did run low on coolant. Added about 3/4 gallon without pressure system. I’ve since purchased system - just need compressor.
