My 1999 top is unhooked from the convertible top frame below the back window. There is a rubber strip that it pulled away from, and looks like I can fix it myself. Is this common with other 986's?

Thanks for the ideas

The steering wheel was locked. I turned it before, but not hard enough. I am cleaning it while it is setting in my garage, so this allowed me to open and close the top.
