If it is only within a certain speed range and especially if your tyres are worn, it will be the balance. New tyres and/or a wheel balance should fix it.

Battery now charged with big charger but only giving 11.96v so I assume its goosed. Started car OK and was getting 14.29v so alternator seems fine.

Will check battery again in a couple of days....

There is nothing aftermarket fitted that would drain the battery. The only thing different from standard are the 5w bulbs which are now led.

I read somewhere about a similar issue...
