AC compressor noise

my AC compressor is making a noise (sound like a bad bearing) only when the AC is on. I thinking it is a bad clutch. saw this on ebay but not sure if it would fix the issue....

I hope that is what it is. it is good now that they re-aligned it. but I have only driven it 10 miles or so. big snow coming in tonight, so it may be a while before I get some miles on it.

fixed it

so the problem with my vents was that the diverter flap next to the heater core had most of the foam missing. took it out, cleaned it and put new foam on it. everything is fine now.
