Boxster front trunk issues

Any luck with solving this dilemma? My emergency cable is detached under the hood and I don't hear the actuator engaging! :mad:

I am locked out of my frunk. The emergency cable is not working either! I pull the cable but I never hear a "click". Is there any other way to get in? All suggestions are appreciated.

I checked the fuses slots A-9 A10 and A-7. All of them had been completely removed!!!! When I looked in the fuse boearlier I did not have the diagram available to me. I assumed they were blank spots...
