After shop checked system top to bottom, found a lose wire on oil pressure sensor. $0.00! They said if the light comes back (stopped flashing after fix) they can replace the sensor for about $15.00...

Thanks for all the great input. Like I said above, this is my everyday driver and not using her isn't much of an option. I kept her off the interstate today to and from work... no oil light.
