Yes, he did advise not to use the H7 bulbs, they melt the housing. The LED H7 Work fine and look good. Not great replacements for lighting up the road though.

All in all, really not bad at all...

I replaced the. Fog/driving lights with the led lights in the stock headlights and they do not get very hot at all, however they are not very bright and will not be good replacements for the driving...
