:dance: I have been using a catch can approach to solve my consistant AOS problems. It works well but I am finding that on the track the first quart of oil is picked up by the catch can after that...

Check your oil filter to see if you have any evidence of a problem. If its the IMS bearing which is sealed you may not have any metal but other problems could possibly be found

I am now using a catch can system for my AOS and it has worked fairly well. I have to empty the can at the track but for normal street driving is find.
