The commercial grade tiles require a thin set adhesive. The bond is much stronger than the peel n stick ones. Also the seal is more resistant to moisture.

Zaino is great

Used the Zaino products for the last waxing on the S. Real easy to use and a great shine and so smooth and glassy. The first application does take a little time, but followups are much faster....
