I don't believe you have to have the headlight washers to pass inspection. The orginal halogen set didn't have them either and it's always been an option whether to have the washer or not in either...

I bought it from Suncoast Motorsport in Florida -suncoastporsche.com. They list for 1195 but I kinda bargained a little bit since I did find it somewhere else for 1099. They are great to deal with.

I bought the Litronics kit for 1099 us dollars. It's not plug n play, you need to do wiring - splicing and soldering. It takes about 3 hours. For just the clear lights, I think it's plug n play.
