I wasn't aware there were companies that fixed the Drive Box. Can someone post a link to one or more of these companies? If you have your Drive Box repaired do they keep your key codes or reprogram...

Car started first turn after having a new crank position sensor put in. For some reason it didn't trigger a code in the computer though.

As if my Boxster doesn't already have enough problems it seems there's a new one. The latest thing its doing is not continuously turning over when being started.
When you turn the key it turns over...

Although unusual, it is possible that that oil leak is coming from the oil cooler. There are 4 rubber gaskets between the block and oil cooler. Its located on the top drivers side rear of the block....
