the front bumper is the 996 Gt3 Mk1 bumper (99-01) same as aerokit bumper. The splitter/lip is the 996GT3 Cup Mk2 lip (04-05)

Not back pressure, but suboptimal exhaust resonance tuning/scavenging. Backpressure does not ever add power.
