It would not start the first few times I turned on the ignition, however once I locked the steering wheel in place, then unlocked it, the car started. I only have 1 key for the car, so its a mystery...

Part #9 looks to be it, however you say it's for a power clutch and my problem is with the break pedal. My gut tells me it is something very similar to that.
