Honestly I don't think this car has rear tie...

Honestly I don't think this car has rear tie rods. Tie rods are typically associated with steering. There may be some rear linkages.... My guess is it was towed at some point and the car was lashed...

Seller says it was the tow hooks, maintenance...

Seller says it was the tow hooks, maintenance history states "toe-rods" (no such thing). There's also a 4-wheel alignment on the report. I'm guessing it was tie-rods.
