Buy yourself of a OBD II code reader or just go to Autozone and have them read the code for you. It is pretty easy to make the inital diagnostic without going to the dealer. HTH.

Porscheguy is right. I use Optima battery exclusively for my offroad application. I can winch all day long and drain the battery death. I can charge it right back up. HTH.
