I'm not sure the 996 guys suffer failures often, but they do. I'm not 100% positive that's my problem but its very similar to what happened...

What can you tell me about the 74mm TB?

Seems that I have found my answer. The 74mm TB which is a 997 part number does not work on the 996 turbo oem plenum.

Sort of sad since the cost of the 986 part number is almost triple that of...

Chrome turbo twists +TPMS

Just pulled these off, they are in fair shape, but dirty. One has some plastidip overspray, needs to be cleaned off

18x7.5 ET 50mm
18x9 ET 52mm

Rear tires are shot, fronts are useable 235...

That's an idea.

I still thought about plugs. Last summer I had s bad aos with a decent amount of oil in the manifold. Possibly fouled the plugs?

I also hate the chrome, because on one wheel its bubbling up on the bead so I lose air. I can pay to have the chrome blasted off the bead but it'd be 100+ a wheel.

And the chrome wheels are not...
