My main concern is the RKAT numbers, which are at 6.98 (durametric values) while FRA numbers are below 1.

I'm surprised no one mentioned MAF sensor.

If you have Durametric you can datalog the MAF at idle for Hot start voltage and readings. If out of spec swap it out and it should be fine.
