Porsche Club of America. Not sure which Region, maybe Peachtree. Carolinas Region ends north of North Charleston, I believe. They are so large they sub-divided their region.

I'm in Hurricane Region just north of Carolinas. We have a local group out of Wilmington that gets together regularly. Some regions more active than others, but it just takes one to get things started.

This is EXACTLY why i joined this site!!! I just bought my Boxster S 2 weeks ago. I was hoping to find others in the Charleston area. Maybe we could all get together sometime. I have little to no knowledge as to the intricacies of my car and would really like to talk w/ other owners.

Sounds good

I am in the process of moving in to my new home in Summerville. I am taking my Boxster S in for 60,000 mile service on Saturday at Baker Porsche in Charleston. I was inquiring about RENN Sport in Charleston. They are a Porsche specialist but have not received any feedback. Anybody use them before?

I bought the Boxster in December from a Chrysler dealer in the Miami area. I am assuming that the previous owners did not realize that you can't go to Jiffylube for service. Keeping fingers crossed that there aren't any major issues.

Give me an e-mail at ocdbilly@yahoo.com and let's try to get somethin going

Expensive tune-up

Been awhile. I took my '00 Boxster S in for 60, 000 mile service. $6,000 later...

I would like to get together with any Boxster owners in the greater Charleston area. Still a little too hot for cruising with the top down at noon (red-headed and fair skinned) but would like to get something going in the area.

e-mail me at ocdbilly@yahoo.com

I don't know if they do routine maintenance, but Autometrics in C-ton was recommended for my 914 upgrade by fellow PCAer who takes her 911 race car there all the way from Raleigh area.

I've never used them, however. Plan to upgrade engine to 911E specs on-hold.

It is getting to be kind of late notice but I am still hopeing to get the word out so we can fill all 50 spots.
