UK Cayman Exhaust Spec Question
 

Hi there,

I'm looking at buying a Gen 1 Cayman S 2007 or 2008 in the UK and have a quick qn about the exhaust.

I've seen some with two separate circular tailpipes and others (majority of them) with two squared off tailpipes that are joined.

What is the difference? Is this an upgraded Sports exhaust or simply an optional decorative chrome feature? I've driven the Gen 2 with the optional 'switchable' sport exhaust, is the Gen 1 the same but without the ability to 'switch' it. I've called Porsche and they are useless at explaining.
