Coilovers H&R vs KW (height questions)

Can't find ride adjust heights for H&R RSS Club Sport Coilovers anyone? Anyone know how these compare? Found height for other coilover models with in H&R just not RSS's. Also cant find height of KW's V2 or V3's. Which ever has more adjustability in height would probably be my choice....Unless one is way better than the other.
