Is your parking brake fully engaged? That seems to be the most common cause. Try putting the P-brake up and down a few times. If you can get it to work that way then it's probably a sensor switch with the P-brake.

Click the e-brake up. Does the dash light come on? If not, the fault is probably the e-brake microswitch.

If the e-brake light works, unhook the top latch above the rear view mirror. Do the windows automatically drop? If not, the fault may be the microswitch where the latch engages.

If the windows do drop, perhaps the top switch on the dash is bad, or the relay?

Yeah, the window does go down when you press unlatch the top.
Now it works...

Doesn't that happen cause of the cold? Or is that only vinyl tops...

I had a issue with that once,it happened because I tried to splice one of the wires for the rear spoiler switch hack via the contact wire for the top up/down button. The wire came loose in a couple of days,I had to learn how to soder, easy fix. You haven't been messing with the wiring have you?
