New tensioners?

For those of you who have rebuilt an engine, did you find it necessary or advisable to replace all the timing chain tensioners?
That can get a little pricey to do them all, but I suppose with the costs already on the high side, probably not that significant.
Anyway, just looking for some input.
Thanks

Stating this with no clue as to what they cost, if you are rebuilding an engine, A) the cost is a trivial portion of the total; B) you are rebuilding the engine, so rebuild it!

My $0.02
