Parts for top mounts?
 

I've bought a complete set of H&R coilovers for my -99 Boxster. When mounting them, I'd also like to replace the upper mounts, which weren't included, as you can see in the picture.

Now, I'm not sure how to determine exactly what parts are needed. I'm not interested in updating to camber plates. Surely there's someone here who has done a similar thing and has a list of parts numbers for me to copy? :)
