Ngk bkr6equp gap?

Hello- I’ve been searching for an answer in the forums to no avail. I bought these 4 point ground spark plugs and cannot find a good answer on gaping. They came pre-gaped at 0.20 inch and I see 0.032 is the recommended gap for my 2004 550 SE 3.2 engine. Question
1: do I/can I re-gap them?
2: do you run these at the factory gap?
3: is there another item number that gets you a factory gap of 0.032?
4: how do you measure the gap? As the electrode does not stick up higher than the porcelain insulation.
5: should I return them and get a single prong type? Recommendations?
TIA

Without very specific tooling, you cannot re gap this type of plug.

So it came gaped at 0.20. Would it come gaped differently if I ordered it from Pelican?
Ive seen a lot of posts of members using this plug with success so I guess they used it out of the box. Does not seem to be much info on the net.

No, it comes in only one gap setting.
