Absolutely worth it on my '99 with 67000 miles.Struts, bump stops ,tie rod ends and EVERY component that had rubber in it, front and rear. All the rubber "bushings" (they are not bushings because the parts are vulcanized together) were cracked too some extent.
After a four wheel alignment it was totally quiet, rode and drove oh so much better. I did the work and had a Porsche specialist do the alignment. I don't remember the exact cost but between 4 and 5 thousand and takes a couple of special tools. Totally worth it!
