ECS Coil overs

Hi All. I purchased and had installed the ECS Coil overs. They dropped the car quite a bit , so not to bottom out, the installer set the softness to max and spring pre-load to the tightest available (all the way to the top). As a result, the car now bounces over smallest of bumps. Has anyone installed the same coil overs and if so, what settings did you use? Please help.

Reducing the preload should improve the ride and raise it up. You only need enough preload to keep the springs from flopping around

Didn't know ECS had their own line of coilovers. Interested to find out how well they work out for you.

Just wondering how much the coil overs were, my car needs struts and I wanted to see what some of the best after market ones were and how much they cost.
