New Muffler Option...

...Stoddard Porsche, in the United States, is offering the Dansk Factory Sport Muffler.

This is a great option for folks who want a sportier exhaust note without any “drone” and can be satisfied with a little louder than stock, but not You Tube video super badass louder than stock.

Here’s the link:

Money no issue? FVD Brombacher Sound Version is very popular among Boxster owners

Any sound clips of the Dansk? Really curious, especially vs stock sound. Can’t find Brombacher in the states any longer, or at least I couldn’t.

Ok, found this will others. Probably as close as we’re going to get to an apples-to-apples comparison.

The link provided is, unsurprisingly*, inaccessible.

*since not a Pelican Parts site presumably. Can't be having competitive products here, eh?

Go to stoddard dot com and type 996-111-241-00 in the search window. But it looks like a stock muffler, it must have different internals?

I just ordered a FVD Brombacher X-pipe for my 996 C4 build . Their warehouse is in Florida . Some items stocked in Florida warehouse others are stocked in Germany . My X-pipe arrived in 3 days.
