What do these Number's mean
at 700 RPM,.. Ign timing is 2.7 MS have no idea what that means
MAF bounced between 10-11 at idle 80 deg day,. Cam deviation = #1 =8.95 #2= 3.98 I do know about cam deviation... When I did a cam adjustment actavation on bank 1 & 2 the Idle stumbled,it did not increase like I thought it was suppose to Thanks ! Frank |

Most of todays readers are made in China so things are lost in translation. Ignition Timing is usually described in degrees of advance or retard. So no telling with your reading on the ignition. The Maf signal on most OBDII readers I am familiar with are showing Grams per second or pounds per minute or kilo's per hour. Some reference to weight of air over a unit of time. That is what a MAF sensor does it measures Mass Air Flow. Mass=Density=weight of air over time. So if you look at the readout for the MAF that 10-11 at idle is probably shown with gs or some similar abbreviation. When you trigger the cams they are advancing by 25 degrees so yes I would think your idle would stumble. |
Hello Blue62,. I used my durametric set up the enthusiast version. So then apparently I didn't have it on correct settings..?

Your ignition timing is described the same as my Durametric Pro. As "ms" so my guess is they assigned a time element instead of degrees to ignition timing. So "ms" would stand for milliseconds before TDC. YOUR MAF signal is as I said kilograms per hour - weight of air over a unit of time. Nothing you can change it is how the program is written. |
