Front end noise

I have a 2002 Boxster S with 72K miles that runs well. When I turn hard left in a U turn I hear a tapping sound from the front end. I'm not getting it turning right at this time. Anyone have an Idea what I should be looking at and if it's a reasonably easy fix?

Any help or advice greatly appreciated!

Check rubber bushing on control arm. I believe they creak when worn. Could progress to a tapping noise I guess.

Agree, I had a similar sound om my 03, changed the LCA:s and it went away.

Thanks for the tips guys. I'll look at those parts. Will I have to do a alignment after changing the LCAs?

Thanks guys! I'll be looking at that today. Ay idea if I'll need a front ed alignment afterwards?

I would recommend an alignment after putting on new LCA:s.
