The P0430 does it do anything more?

After changing out the whole exhaust I got the old friend: P0430, indicating bad efficiency of cat bank-2. I suspect the sensor, (It got a lot of beating when removing cats) but I´ll sort that out later.

My question now is, is it ok to keep driving until I have fixed it? I mean it will not trigger some kind of Limpish mode does it? I´m pretty sure it is cool, but just wanna check with you guys.. Car actually runs fine..
